About Us

Selling your home is often a highly stressful and daunting experience - at Abbey we believe that this should not be the case.

Abbey has been established to offer sellers a full service, the best possible property presentation, extensive marketing including all the major portals, local press and most importantly professional social media - all combined to help achieve a high sale price. At the same time buyers will receive a professional and timely response to any enquires or requests being made.

We believe in straightforward, transparent, direct estate agency and have created a brand and business model which both buyers and sellers find simple and effective to use.

Fees

Our fees are competitive but we still provide the highest level of service, in fact we are often £1000's of pounds cheaper than our competitors!

How do we do this?

Easy - We simply have lower overheads than the majority of our competition as we don't believe in running expensive High Street offices or paying partners and director's huge salaries. As a result we pass those savings directly onto our vendors in the reduced fees they pay.

We work on a no sale no fee basis and we include our fabulous photography, floorplans and professional brochures.

Giving back to the Community

We want to give something back to the Community, we offer exclusive reduced rates for Senior Citizens and are supporting a number of local Charities. If you sell your home through Abbey we will donate £100 of your selling fee to one of our nominated local Charities - you can choose
